Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a part‑time Stylist in Concord, NC to champion fashion and help customers express themselves through Levi’s, Dockers, and Beyond Yoga products.

You’ll guide customers with current trends, support store leadership, and promote the omni Levi’s experience. The role requires a fashion‑savvy candidate who can multitask, work a flexible schedule, and lift up to 40 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be fashion‑savvy and aware of current trends.
• Able to juggle multiple tasks in a busy retail environment.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Have reliable transportation to/from store location.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Suggest looks aligned with latest trends and promotions for the consumer.
• Promote the Levi’s omni experience and engage customers with Red Tab Loyalty.
• Resolve consumer concerns following company policy to ensure satisfaction.
• Efficiently handle cash, shipments, floor sets, markdowns, and replenishment per store policy.
• Follow Levi’s Stores policies and directives from store management.

You’ll support the leadership team to success

• Suggest looks that incorporate the latest trends and current promotions based on the consumer's needs consistent with Levi's® service approach.
• Promote Levi's® omni experience by engaging consumers with Red Tab Loyalty program.
• Resolve consumer concerns in a manner consistent with company policy and with consumer satisfaction in mind. Partner with store management on elevated consumer issues.
• Efficient handling of all cash handling and merchandise operations such as shipment processing, floor set, markdown, and replenishment systems while maintaining standards. Perform store procedures in compliance with store policy.
• Comply with all Levi's® Stores policy, procedure, and programs, able to follow directives of store management.

The role requires someone who

• Is fashion savvy and interested in current trends.
• Enjoys being busy and juggling multiple tasks.
• You are available to work a flexible schedule to meet, including evening, weekend and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds, as well as constant standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, reaching overhead, and climbing ladders with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Must be 16 years old.

Compensation

The pay range for this role is from the higher of the required minimum wage based on local, state, or federal requirements or $12.00 - $19.95 per hour, varying with experience and qualifications.

We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on several factors. However, LS&Co pays at least the local, state or federal minimum wage, whichever is higher.
