The Restaurant Store is seeking a Sales, Strategy, & Planning Intern to gain a day-to-day operations perspective in a retail branch environment and contribute to high levels of customer service and satisfaction. You will align with sales, purchasing, and inventory teams to achieve operational goals.

Ideal candidates may be juniors or seniors, with strong MS Office, CRM, and problem-solving skills, and an eagerness to learn in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Retail or supply chain experience preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support B2B sales and customer service to strengthen client relationships.
• Assist with the TRS process: brand awareness, assess needs, exceed expectations, build loyalty.
• Perform basic cashier duties and help load products into customer vehicles.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising; restock shelves.
• Review basic inventory data to monitor availability and reorder needs.
• Promote private label brands to maximize gross profit.
