Qualifications

• Students graduating Winter 2027 or Spring 2028 with a bachelor’s degree.
• Demonstrated leadership and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
• Solid business and financial acumen.
• Willingness to be geographically mobile during and after the internship.

Responsibilities

• Partner with strategic retailers to co-develop business plans that serve both shopper and business.
• Use data-driven insights and shopper psychology to influence product assortment, pricing, shelving, and merchandising.
