Job description

Your tasks in the Sales Manager position

1. Search for potential candidates and communicate with them via LinkedIn and other channels.
2. Move leads through the sales funnel.
3. Convert warm responses into introductory calls.
4. Manage meetings and update CRM (Pipedrive).
5. Conduct calls with leads in English.
6. Explain our design, sales, estimation, and delivery processes during calls.

What we expect from you

• At least 1 year of experience in a related position.
• Ability to craft compelling sales texts.
• Resilience in handling objections and rejection daily.
• Team player and quick learner.
• Good performance in remote work settings.
• Understanding of IT technologies.
• Knowledge of the sales funnel and outbound sales process.
• Availability to make calls until 11 pm Kyiv time.
