Our innovative respiratory pipeline targets a range of conditions, including non-CF bronchiectasis, cystic fibrosis (CF), and asthma, driven by a commitment to bringing relief to patients navigating the challenges of progressive respiratory conditions.

Joining Verona means being part of a forward-thinking team that’s redefining what’s possible in drug development and commercialization. Guided by experienced leadership, we embrace a collaborative, diverse, and inclusive culture where your contributions can help shape a healthier future for patients worldwide. Be part of a mission-driven organization where your work has a direct impact on improving quality of life.

We are seeking a Virtual Respiratory Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll execute a territory strategy that supports prescription and sales goals, working across a collaborative, matrixed environment to meet customer needs. You’ll engage virtually with key healthcare providers - primarily Pulmonologists, Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants - to build strong, trusted relationships and gain deep customer insights.

What You’ll Do:

  • Represent Verona products and services to HCPs and support field reps as needed in a compliant, ethical, and effective manner.
  • Build relationships with office staff, respiratory therapists, nurses, and others involved in patient care.
  • Leverage disease state knowledge and market insights to tailor outreach by geography and need.
  • Cover Respiratory Sales Specialist vacancies nationally.
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of Patient Access Programs and Specialty Distribution Models.
  • Use CRM tools and virtual systems to track HCP interactions and manage outreach.
  • Collaborate regularly with teammates, Regional Sales Directors, and Respiratory Sales Specialists to align strategy and share best practices.
  • Adapt presentations dynamically for virtual environments.
  • Use data to guide territory decisions and optimize call frequency.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Bring:

  • At least 2 years of sales experience. Success in virtual or phone-based sales preferred.
  • Proven record of exceeding sales goals in competitive markets.
  • Strong interpersonal, influencing, and negotiation skills.
  • Driven, professional, and self-motivated.
  • Strict compliance with Verona’s commercial compliance policy, and all applicable federal and state laws and guidance relating to product promotion and information dissemination.
  • Ability to meet any requirements set by healthcare customers and their facilities for access to those facilities (e.g., vaccination requirements, mask requirements, etc.).
  • Ability to travel 20–30%

Why Join Verona?

At Verona, you’ll have the chance to be part of a team bringing first-in-class treatments to patients who need them most. We offer:

  • A collaborative and inclusive culture that values your contributions.
  • Remote work flexibility for a better work-life balance.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp .
