We are seeking motivated and results-driven sales specialists to join our team as Independent Contractors, specializing in renewing memberships and services for our valued clients.

Position Overview:

As an Independent Sales Specialist specializing in renewals for our VIP clients at V Shred, you will be responsible for retaining and renewing existing client memberships and services. You will play a vital role in maintaining strong relationships with our clients and ensuring their continued engagement with V Shred's programs. This role offers a high earning potential through commissions and allows you to work remotely from anywhere in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Renewals: Contact existing clients to discuss the benefits of renewing their memberships and services with V Shred.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and personalized interactions.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with V Shred's programs and services to effectively communicate their value to clients.
  • Sales Pitch: Deliver persuasive and compelling sales pitches to encourage clients to renew their memberships and services.
  • Objection Handling: Address client concerns and objections professionally, offering solutions and alternatives as needed.
  • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly renewal sales targets.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales efforts in our CRM system.
  • Feedback and Reporting: Provide feedback on client preferences, trends, and competitor insights to help improve our renewal strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong work ethic.
  • Comfortable working independently and remotely.
  • Knowledge of health and fitness industry trends is a plus.
  • Access to a computer and reliable internet connection.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Compensation:

This position is entirely commission-based, and your earnings potential is directly tied to your sales performance. As an Independent Contractor, you will receive competitive commissions for each successful renewal.
