WorkNomads is seeking a Dutch/Flemish Sales Specialist to join our international team in a remote capacity. The role focuses on engaging Dutch-speaking customers, closing deals, and guiding prospects through onboarding in the payments and trusted transactions space.

You will handle calls and chats, deliver a professional brand experience, and maintain accurate records of client interactions while collaborating with colleagues globally.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch and English (written and spoken) is essential.
• Experience in sales or customer service in a call center environment is advantageous.
• Ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.

As part of our team, you'll be representing an international brand and engaging with Dutch-speaking customers. • Manage calls and chats, providing personalized support to prospects and customers in the financial sector.
• Be the voice of the brand, delivering a positive, professional image to clients.
• Oversee the administrative aspects of client relationships, ensuring timely and accurate records.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Fluency in Dutch and English (both written and spoken) is essential.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service in a call center environment is highly advantageous, but we're open to training the right candidate.
• You can build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
• You think on your feet and come up with creative solutions to challenges.
• You are flexible and comfortable working in a dynamic, evolving environment.
• A positive, can-do attitude and a readiness to help are key traits you bring to the table.
• Ability to work in predetermined shifts (9:00-17:30 CET)
• You are located with the EEA (due to security requirements)
• You have a stable, high-speed internet connection at all times
• You have a private, dedicated workspace (for security reasons)
• You are able to adhere strictly to assigned shift times, regardless of time zone differences
