Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1+ year of sales, business development, or related experience — or demonstrated competitive drive through internships, athletics, entrepreneurship, fundraising, or recruiting.
• No prior outside sales experience required — we train the right person; drive and coachability are the requirements.
• Valid driver’s license; field-based role with 50% travel to client locations and job sites.
