Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales or business development experience in a service-based industry.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, Aspire experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective clients to understand their vision, goals, and project needs.
• Develop and present proposals, pricing, and design concepts in collaboration with our design team.
• Manage the sales process from initial consultation through signed contract.
• Build strong client relationships and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline and CRM records.
• Partner with design and construction teams to ensure a seamless project handoff.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, community events, and industry relationships.
