Job summary

Living Spaces in Glendale, AZ is seeking a Sales Specialist 1 to deliver an exceptional guest experience by executing the Living Spaces Guest Engagement Model. The role focuses on driving sales through targeted SPH and achieving KPIs while ensuring high guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include maintaining showroom visuals, assisting with furniture assembly, analyzing daily sales results, and using company systems to follow established processes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least one year of retail experience in a direct customer interactive environment preferred.
• High volume experience is preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance against SPH and KPIs while achieving high levels of guest satisfaction as measured by survey results.
• Promote a positive, guest-focused store culture that supports revenue objectives and brand standards.
• Analyze daily sales results, partner with leadership on behavioral expectations, and develop proficiency plans using company sales reporting tools.
• Promote merchandising and labeling, and ensure completion of Sales Merchandising Fundamentals on the showroom floor.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and comply with asset protection standards.
• Assist with furniture assembly and showroom preparation.
• Utilize company systems and tools while adhering to established operational processes.
