Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License before employment begins.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with customers on the phone and in person.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Generate sales opportunities through calls, referrals, networking, and conversations.
• Quote and sell Auto, Home, Life, Commercial, Farm & Ranch Insurance.
• Conduct insurance reviews and identify opportunities to better protect customers.
• Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships.
• Work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
• Meet sales goals through consistent prospecting and customer engagement.
