Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year customer-facing sales or 6 months Lowe's experience.
• 1 year sales or customer service experience in a sales environment.
• Able to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand and sit for prolonged periods.
• Able to lift 25 lbs unassisted or with assistance as needed.
• Obtain sales-related licensure or registration if required.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service by understanding customer needs and communicating product advantages.
• Serve as a point of contact for customers and vendors, prepare estimates, schedule installer visits, and track orders.
• If in Pro Department, focus on external accounts and outside sales.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with vendors/stores to reorder stock.
• Perform price reviews and maintain pricing documentation.
• Support checkout functions and assist across departments as needed.
• Train associates on the Sales floor and coach development needs.
