As a Sales Specialist at Reverb, you won’t just be selling software—you’ll be helping clinicians solve one of their biggest challenges. You’ll connect with psychologists and neuropsychologists, understand their pain points, and introduce them to a solution that makes their work easier, their reports better, and their lives more balanced.

Your Role

As a Sales Specialist at Reverb, your goal is to guide potential customers through their buying journey, helping them see how our software can transform their workflow. You’ll:

  • Engage & Educate: Reach out to psychologists and neuropsychologists, understanding their challenges and demonstrating how Reverb solves their problems.
  • Build Relationships: Develop trust with potential customers, serving as a knowledgeable and consultative resource.
  • Close Deals: Take leads from interest to commitment, managing the full sales cycle from outreach to onboarding.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with the marketing and customer success teams to ensure a seamless experience for new customers.
  • Refine & Optimize: Continuously improve your sales approach based on customer feedback, sales data, and team collaboration.
Your Personality

To thrive in this role, you should have:

  • A proven track record in sales – ideally in SaaS, healthcare, or technology solutions.
  • Strong communication & relationship-building skills – you can explain complex ideas simply and build trust quickly.
  • Self-motivation & resilience – you take initiative, handle objections well, and stay persistent.
  • A consultative approach – you’re not just selling; you’re listening, educating, and solving problems.
  • Tech-savviness – comfortable using CRMs, sales automation tools, and virtual meeting platforms.
Nice-to-Haves:
  • Experience selling to healthcare professionals, psychologists, or private practices.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered tools or SaaS platforms.
  • A background in psychology, mental health, or healthcare technology.
