Base pay range

$80,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

MachinesUsed.com is a trusted name in buying and selling high-quality used CNC machines, fabrication equipment, and industrial tools. As the Used Division of Productivity Inc., we are known for our industry knowledge, fair dealings, and strong relationships—and we are looking to grow.

Our Used Salesperson will call on manufacturing businesses and support sales to: Eastern Minnesota, Wisconsin, Eastern Iowa, and Eastern Illinois.

If you know your way around the industrial equipment, enjoy the auction world, thrive on the thrill of the deal, and have a knack for spotting valuable equipment, we want to talk to you.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the charge in locating, evaluating, purchasing, and selling used machine tools, tooling, fabrication, and industrial equipment.
  • Location Auction opportunities in your territory
  • Use your insight into equipment conditions, market trends, and resale value to make smart, profitable decisions.
  • Build relationships with sellers, buyers, and industry contacts—developing long-term partnerships that drive repeat business.
  • Promote equipment listings on our website and coordinate associated purchase orders and invoices.
  • Track leads, contacts, quotes, sales, and customer needs with precision.
  • Play a key role in growing sales for MachinesUsed.com.

What You Bring

  • Background in used equipment sales, industrial auctions, or metalworking machinery.
  • Strong negotiation skills—you know how to close deals that benefit both the company and the customer.
  • Self-starter mindset with excellent organizational skills. You are comfortable working independently and juggling multiple deals at once.
  • Tech-savvy, especially with Excel, Word, Outlook, and data tracking tools.
  • High attention to detail and a professional approach to customer interaction.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record for on-site inspections or visits.
