  • Target healthcare providers, hospital systems, health insurers, managed-care organizations, healthcare technology companies, and other healthcare enterprises.
  • Identify opportunities involving cloud adoption, infrastructure modernization, data-center transformation, cybersecurity, digital workplace, network services, and managed infrastructure operations.
  • Build relationships with senior decision-makers, including CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, Chief Digital Officers, infrastructure leaders, cloud leaders, sourcing executives, and business transformation leaders.
  • Establish OUR CLIENT as a strategic technology and transformation partner within targeted healthcare accounts.

  • Lead the complete sales lifecycle, from opportunity identification and qualification through solution development, proposal submission, negotiation, and contract closure.
  • Achieve annual sales, bookings, revenue, and pipeline targets for Cloud and Infrastructure Services.
  • Develop account-entry strategies and executive engagement plans for priority healthcare organizations.
  • Lead consultative sales conversations focused on business outcomes, operational resilience, cost optimization, agility, security, and improved patient and member experiences.
  • Shape large and complex opportunities involving multiyear managed services, cloud transformation, infrastructure outsourcing, and modernization programs.
  • Expand the Cloud and Infrastructure Services footprint within existing strategic accounts while acquiring new clients.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts, opportunity updates, and pipeline data within the designated CRM system.
Cloud and Infrastructure Solution Selling
  • Position OUR CLIENT’s Cloud and Infrastructure Services capabilities across areas such as:
  • Cloud strategy, migration, modernization, and operations
  • Hybrid cloud and multi-cloud transformation
  • Public cloud services across AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud
  • Data-center consolidation, migration, and modernization
  • Infrastructure managed services
  • Digital workplace and end-user computing
  • Service desk and field-support transformation

  • Translate technical capabilities into business-value propositions aligned with healthcare client priorities.
  • Develop financial and commercial models that demonstrate cost savings, return on investment, risk reduction, and transformation value.
  • Collaborate with consulting, architecture, delivery, commercial, legal, and finance teams to build competitive solutions.
Healthcare Industry Leadership
  • Maintain a strong understanding of healthcare market trends, including cloud adoption, interoperability, cybersecurity, digital health, virtual care, consumerization, and operational modernization.
  • Understand the technology and operational priorities of healthcare providers, payers, and healthcare services organizations.
  • Apply knowledge of healthcare regulatory, privacy, security, and compliance requirements when shaping solutions.
  • Position infrastructure transformation initiatives in the context of patient care, member services, clinical operations, administrative efficiency, and business continuity.
  • Monitor competitor activity, market investments, regulatory developments, and technology trends affecting healthcare clients.
Strategic Pursuit Leadership
  • Lead cross-functional pursuit teams for complex Cloud and Infrastructure Services opportunities.

  • Experience engaging senior business and technology executives within healthcare organizations.
  • Strong network of relationships across the New York City healthcare market.

  • Excellent executive communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a global and matrixed organization.
  • Willingness to travel across the New York City region and to other client or company locations as required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience selling to large hospital systems, academic medical centers, health insurers, managed-care organizations, or healthcare technology companies.
  • Established relationships with healthcare CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, infrastructure executives, and sourcing leaders.
  • Experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, ServiceNow, VMware, Cisco, Dell, HPE, or related technology ecosystems.
  • Knowledge of healthcare compliance and security frameworks, including HIPAA, HITECH, HITRUST, and relevant data-privacy requirements.
  • Experience selling outcome-based, consumption-based, or gain-sharing commercial models.
  • Familiarity with global delivery, offshore services, automation-led operations, and managed-services transition programs.
  • Experience in consultative, value-based, and challenger-style selling.
