Job description

We are looking for a proactive Sales Specialist to join our sales team and drive lead generation efforts. This is a key role within a fast-growing startup, ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys optimizing sales funnels, and is experienced in outbound prospecting and automation. You will be responsible for generating qualified leads, managing the sales pipeline, and contributing directly to revenue growth.

Compensation : Base salary + performance-based commission.

Language Requirements : Advanced English (C1+ level)

Location : 100% Remote

Start Date : ASAP!

Responsibilities :

  • Own and execute outbound lead generation strategies across email and phone.
  • Set up meetings for the sales team with decision-makers from B2B companies.
  • Manage and track leads effectively within a CRM
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and sales to align messaging and lead qualification.
  • Track performance metrics and suggest improvements to increase conversion rates.
  • Support the sales team throughout the full sales cycle-from prospecting to closing.

Qualifications :

  • Interest in lead generation or B2B sales, with a proactive mindset and a strong willingness to learn and grow in outbound strategies.
  • Familiarity with the complete B2B sales funnel, including prospecting, nurturing, and conversion.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • A self-starter with a results-driven mindset and an eagerness to learn and adapt.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience in related roles
  • Experience working in the U.S. market.
  • Proficiency in Pipedream, Apollo, and Salesforce beyond day-to-day usage.
  • Ability to build and scale automated lead generation systems.
  • Experience managing high-volume outreach while maintaining a personalized approach.
