As a Sales Representative, you'll play an important role in growing our residential and commercial customer base while representing our company professionally throughout the communities we serve.

Responsibilities include:

• Develop new residential and commercial sales opportunities
• Prospect for new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person outreach
• Build and maintain relationships with homeowners, property managers, real estate professionals, general contractors, businesses, and other potential customers
• Follow up consistently with leads and prospective customers
• Meet with customers to discuss their roofing needs and help identify appropriate solutions
• Prepare accurate estimates and proposals based on customer needs, project specifications, site assessments, and company pricing guidelines
• Coordinate with the Operations team after project award to ensure a smooth transition from sales to production, including communicating project scope, customer expectations, scheduling considerations, and other relevant project details
• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer communication, follow-ups, and sales activity
• Attend networking functions, community events, trade events, and other business-development opportunities
• Represent Northern Arizona Roof Services in a professional, knowledgeable, and positive manner
• Travel throughout our service areas to meet customers, develop relationships, and pursue new opportunities
• Meet established sales goals and actively contribute to the company's continued growth

Driving & Travel Requirements

Because this position requires regular travel to customer properties, job sites, meetings, and networking opportunities, candidates must:

• Possess a current, valid driver's license
• Maintain a clean/acceptable driving record
• Be comfortable with regular local and regional travel
• Be able to reliably travel throughout assigned territories and service areas
