Job summary

Home Genius Exteriors in Detroit, MI is hiring a full-time sales closer to expand our rapidly growing team. You’ll close deals with pre-qualified customers, present in-home pitches, and participate in elite training designed to promote from within.

With a generous commission structure, you can earn $100k–$300k+ per year, weekly pay, and a supportive, team-first environment that rewards performance and leadership growth.

What You’ll Do:

• $100,000–$300,000+ per year with a 70% advance up front & no cap on commissions
