Job summary

HOM Furniture in Bloomington, MN seeks a results-driven Sales Consultant/Design Associate to help customers create beautiful home solutions. You will build relationships, meet sales goals, and deliver world-class service in a fast-paced retail environment.

We offer flexible scheduling after training (40 hours full-time, 32–36 hours modified full-time, up to 28 hours part-time, and set schedules), with guaranteed earnings plus commissions.

Qualifications

• Must be working towards or have a high school diploma or GED, 2 year or 4 year college degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years exceptional customer service experience required
• Big ticket top writer commission sales experience preferred, such as; home furnishings, automotive, recreational vehicles, appliances, etc.

Responsibilities

• Deliver world-class customer service while meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Develop product knowledge to provide tailored design solutions for customers.
• Follow our sales process to ensure accurate orders, timely follow-ups, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain price cards and assist with light store upkeep as needed.

Flexible weekend and evening options. We know that in retail weekends and evenings are the busiest times. But these are also important family times! Tell us what schedule works best for you and we will come up with a set schedule that balances both.
