Our partner, A rapidly growing, private equity-backed leader in the commercial access solutions space, is looking for a driven Sales Executive to lead new business development for its Georgia construction division. This is a high-impact, hunter-focused role designed for a self-starter ready to build a long-term book of business across a booming market.

If you are heavily skilled in owning a territory, relationships with contractors, developers, & property managers, and want an incredible commission plan.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base + Uncapped Commission
• Year 1 OTE ($175k+)
• Build long-term relationships instead of chasing one-off wins

What You’ll Do:

• Own and execute full sales cycle across the greater Atlanta area
• Sell a diverse portfolio of access control, gate, and parking solutions
• Develop and expand relationships with general contractors, developers, and property managers
• Navigate complex sales cycles and get past gatekeepers to close frequent, mid-sized deals

Qualifications:
