KeHE Distributors, LLC is seeking a Sales Solutions Specialist to assess stores for growth opportunities and strengthen partnerships in Worcester, MA. This hourly role focuses on innovative product placement, store sets, and collaboration with merchandising teams to drive sales and optimize visibility.

You will manage day-to-day merchandising activities, analyze product movement, and support the sales team with strategic proposals while maintaining strong customer relationships and a commitment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; builds relationships.
• Experience in food/grocery industry is preferred.
• Proficient with common office software and devices.

Responsibilities

• Assess stores for sales growth opportunities and maintain store partnerships.
• Maximize sales through product placement and presentation.
• Execute store solutions activities and complete store sets.
• Communicate with customer merchandising teams and store personnel on project status.
• Support sales strategy with the sales team.
• Develop strong store relationships to achieve selling objectives.
• Analyze product movement and provide suggestions to increase sales.
• Manage store proposals and drive new item PODs.
