Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, sales, engineering, or related field.
• Proficiency with business software; MS Office preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and profitability across assigned accounts and offerings.
• Present company capabilities and solutions to prospective customers.
• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities.
• Follow up on inbound and outbound sales leads to move opportunities forward.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop quotes, cost estimates, and proposals.
• Prepare and deliver customer presentations, proposals, and RFQ responses.
• Maintain and grow relationships with key decision-makers.
• Manage and track opportunities using CRM (NetSuite).
• Build and maintain a sales pipeline, forecast, and territory strategy.
• Research target customers and develop strategic outreach plans.
• Continuously pursue professional development and sales skill growth.
