Job summary

Wagner Equipment Co. is hiring for a Sales/Shop Coordinator to manage pre-delivery schedules, coordinate deliveries, and support both internal and external customers.

The role emphasizes accuracy in work orders, collaboration with the Service and Sales departments, and ensuring equipment is modified and delivered per company standards. Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year of experience with construction equipment and administrative duties, plus strong data entry and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of experience with equipment and mechanical applications of construction equipment and attachments.
• 1+ years of administrative/clerical experience.
• 1+ years of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Review work orders for all new machine pre-deliveries and RPO machines; identify cost discrepancies and coordinate corrections with Service.
• Review work orders charged to RPO machines and allocate to conversion.
• Manage RPO return process, including return of machine and attachments and damage reviews.
• Determine repairs and submit shop requests; ensure availability when completed.
• Coordinate delivery of equipment between Sales, Transportation, and end users; maintain status and reports.

Pay Rate: $66,697.52 - $91,768.39 AnnuallyPay rate dependent on education and experience.

Essential Functions:

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions.

• Review work orders for all new machine pre-deliveries and RPO New and Used machines. Identify cost discrepancies and work with the Service Department for corrections.
• Review all work orders charged to an RPO machine and indicate which are to be charged to the conversion.
• Manage the RPO return process, including the machine & attachment return, inspection request, and damage review.
• Determine repairs, submit shop request, and make available when completed.
• Submit shop requests for all new machine arrivals, stock, rental fleet, and Wagne Rents.
• Modify and send the Attachment Receive report daily.
• Modify and send the Machine Received report daily
• Update machine's status, description, tag on tag off attachments.
• Create truck sheets coordinates the delivery of equipment between the Salesmen, Transportation Department, and end user.

• Other duties as assigned by Manager
