Job summary

A1 Garage Door is seeking a Sales & Service Consultant in Albuquerque to blend consultative sales with hands-on repair work. You will meet homeowners, build trust, explain options, close repairs, and then perform the repair yourself.

No garage door experience? We’ll train you in every mechanical skill you need to succeed, with uncapped commissions and a clear path to six figures. Company vehicle, tools, and benefits included.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in consultative sales.
• 21 years old and valid driver’s license with 3+ years driving record.
• Ability to lift 75 lbs., bend, climb, kneel, and work in varying temperatures.
• Criminal background check and drug test (THC excluded).
• Reading and basic math skills for measurements and payments.

Responsibilities

• Meet homeowners on scheduled service calls and build trust.
• Explain options clearly and close repair or upgrade sales.
• Perform repairs after closing the sale.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience and document each job.
