Job summary

Welborn, a Dallas‑based affiliate of A1 Garage Door, is seeking a Sales & Service Consultant who blends consultative sales with hands‑on mechanical work. You’ll meet homeowners who already need service, win their trust, recommend the right solution, close the sale—and then perform the repair yourself.

We’ll train you in every mechanical skill you need to succeed. Uncapped commissions offer six‑figure earning potential, plus a company vehicle, tools provided, comprehensive benefits, paid time

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ with valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift 75 lbs., bend, climb, kneel and work in varying temperatures.
• Criminal background check and drug test (THC excluded).
• Minimum of 1 year in consultative sales.

Responsibilities

• Meet homeowners on scheduled service calls and build trust.
• Explain options clearly and close repair or upgrade sales.
• Perform repairs and installations as described during sales.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience and document each job.
