About the Role:

We are expanding our sales team and looking for motivated individuals with at least1 year of experiencein sellingroofing, siding, gutters, and windows. This is acommission-only, 1099 positionwith the ability toset your own scheduleand maintain an exceptionalwork/life balance.

What You’ll Do:

• Generate your own outside sales leads and follow up on office-generated leads distributed on a rotating basis.
• Manage a pipeline of company-set leads and your own self-gen activity
• Conduct on-site consultations with homeowners to assess needs and present customized solutions.
• Utilize upselling techniques to enhance the customer experience and increase sales volume.
• Guide customers through the insurance restoration process when applicable.
• Prepare detailed estimates and close deals with professionalism and integrity.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and sales performance.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year of experiencein exterior home improvement sales
• Ability to complete full exterior inspections which includes getting on roofs
• Familiarity withretail salesandinsurance restoration processes.
• Proven ability togenerate leads independentlyand close sales.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and organized.
• Must havereliable transportationand a valid driver’s license.
• Comfortable working as a1099 contractor(independent sales role).
