Goldfish Swim School is seeking a Sales & Service Representative in Livingston, NJ. You will drive sales, handle communications with members and non-members, and process registrations while maintaining a clean facility and delivering friendly, professional service.

Ideal candidates bring 1 year of sales and customer service experience, possess strong communication skills, and are ready to train for swim-instructor duties. This in-person role offers growth and a positive team culture.

Qualifications

• Reputable sales experience and ability to sell.
• Strong work ethic.
• Excellent soft skills and ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
• Strong organizational, computer, and training skills.
• The ability to multi-task and effectively handle multiple situations at once.
• Able to sustain a high level of energy in the most positive manner.
• Must pass background examinations prior to training.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and reach quarterly target.
• Handle all communication with members and non-members through phone, text, and email.
• Process student registrations.
• Resolves customer concerns using a professional approach.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the facility.
• Learn the product as a Swim Instructor and maintain at least one teaching shift per week.

• Aquatics experience is a plus!

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.50 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
