A1 Garage Door is seeking a Sales & Service Consultant in Texas to blend consultative selling with hands-on door repair. You will meet homeowners on service calls, build trust, explain options, close repairs or upgrades, and perform the work yourself.

Training is provided for all mechanical skills needed. Role emphasizes sales-first performance with a company vehicle, tools provided, and a six-figure income potential through uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• 21 years old and valid driver’s license (3+ years driving record)
• Ability to lift 75 lbs., bend, climb, kneel, and work in varying temperatures.
• Criminal background check and drug test (THC excluded).
• Basic comfort with navigation apps, Google tools, tablets, and software.
• Reading and basic math skills for measurements and payments.
• Minimum of 1 year in consultative sales

Responsibilities

• Sell on scheduled service calls and close repair or upgrade sales.
• Repair door components such as springs, rollers, motors and related parts.
• Install keypads, run wiring, and adjust equipment for proper function.
• Lubricate and test equipment to ensure smooth operation.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience that earns repeat and referral business.
