A1 Garage Door is seeking a sales-driven professional who will pair consultative selling with practical mechanical work. You’ll meet homeowners on service calls, close repairs or upgrades, and then perform the work yourself. No garage door experience is required—we’ll train you in the necessary mechanical skills.

The role emphasizes performance, with uncapped commissions and a first-year earnings range highlighted. Expect early training, a company vehicle, and weekly pay in a fast-paced field.

Qualifications

• 21 years old and valid driver’s license (3+ years driving record).
• Ability to lift 75 lbs., bend, climb, kneel, and work in varying temperatures.
• Criminal background check and drug test (THC excluded).
• Basic comfort with navigation apps, Google tools, tablets, and software.
• Reading and basic math skills for measurements and payments.
• Minimum of 1 year in consultative sales

Responsibilities

• Sell: Meet homeowners on scheduled service calls, build trust, explain options, and close repairs or upgrades.
• Repair: Replace springs, rollers, motors and other door components; install keypads and wire as needed; test for proper operation.
• Serve: Deliver an outstanding customer experience and document payments.
