Job summary

Rent-A-Center is seeking a Sales Assistant Manager in Lexington, KY to drive sales and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will grow sales through rental agreements and outreach, provide white-glove service, and handle deliveries, pickups, and store merchandising with a strong emphasis on safety and customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in retail or customer service, a high school diploma, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail/customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age; valid state driver's license and good driving record.
• Ability to lift and move product such as furniture, electronics, and appliances.

Responsibilities

• Sales growth through completed rental agreements and prospecting new business.
• Provide friendly, top-notch customer experiences with a "white glove" service approach.
• Deliveries & Pickups including loading/unloading and installation of products.
• Merchandise and maintain an inviting store with organized product and cleanliness.
