Job summary

Belk in Alabama is seeking a Selling Flex Associate to deliver a positive shopping experience by assisting customers with merchandise selection, making recommendations, and handling transactions with accuracy.

You will help maintain attractive product displays, support store operations, and participate in ongoing product knowledge training to improve service and drive sales. This hourly role requires flexibility, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications
