  • Conduct outbound calls to existing and prospective clients to build relationships and uncover unmet needs.
  • Present solutions with confidence and follow through to close — no handoffs, no dropped balls
  • Support branch leadership with daily operational tasks as needed.
  • Navigate ambiguous situations with good judgment, balancing client needs with company guidelines.

SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE

The Sales & Service Associate is the face of the branch — the one person a client can count on from start to finish. This role is built for someone who takes full ownership of the client relationship, exercises sound judgment in the moment, and knows how to get things done even when the path isn't perfectly defined. We're looking for a self-starter who is as comfortable identifying a sales opportunity as they are resolving a service issue, and who genuinely thrives on being the person clients call by name.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

The hourly rate range for this position is $25-33 per hour.
