Rent-A-Center in Mansfield seeks a Sales Assistant Manager to drive sales growth through rental agreements and new customer acquisition. Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail/customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age; Valid state driver’s license and good driving record.
• Ability to lift and move product such as furniture, electronics, and appliances.

Responsibilities

• Sales: Grow revenue through completed rental agreements and prospecting new customers.
• Customer Service: Deliver friendly, top-notch experiences with a 'white glove' service mindset in-store and in customers' homes.
• Deliveries & Pickups: Safely load/unload and install products per procedures while representing the brand.
• Merchandising: Keep the store inviting, organized, and clean for customers and coworkers.
