Job summary

Rent-A-Center is seeking a Sales Assistant Manager in the United States to drive sales and deliver exceptional service. You will handle rental agreements, engage new customers, and maintain a welcoming store environment.

Responsibilities include coordinating deliveries, providing white-glove service in-store and in customers’ homes, and ensuring merchandise is neatly presented and easy to browse. A HS diploma and valid license are required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail/customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid state driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Ability to lift and move products such as furniture and appliances.

Responsibilities

• Sales growth through rental agreements and prospecting new customers.
• Provide friendly, top-service customer experiences in stores and in customers' homes.
• Deliveries and pickups with safe loading/unloading and installation as required.
• Maintain an inviting, organized, clean store appearance.
