Job summary

Big Brand Tire & Service is seeking a Service Advisor to greet guests, translate technician recommendations into clear options, and confidently upsell tires, repairs, warranties, and services. You will document findings and build long-lasting relationships that turn first-time visitors into loyal customers.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in automotive service sales or retail automotive.
• Proven ability to sell services and build trust.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Self-starter with problem-solving ability and team spirit.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift 70 lbs; occasional shop support.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest and deliver world-class service.
• Act as liaison between customer and technician; translate mechanical into clear recommendations.
