Job summary

Big Brand Tire & Service seeks a Service Advisor to greet guests and translate mechanical recommendations into clear guidance, selling tires, wheels, repairs and services while maintaining showroom standards.

You will be the liaison between customer and technician with a focus on fast, accurate service. This results‑driven role offers growth into Service Manager, competitive hourly pay with commission, and a strong team culture.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in automotive service sales or retail automotive
• Proven ability to sell services and build trust
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Self-starter with problem-solving ability and team spirit
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift 70 lbs
• Willingness to work weekends

Responsibilities
