Job summary

Big Brand Tire & Service in Concord, CA is seeking a Service Advisor to deliver a world-class customer experience and to serve as the liaison between customers and technicians. You will confidently sell tires, repairs, warranties and services, and document findings after visual inspections.

Join a proactive team focused on speed, accuracy and service, with opportunities to grow into Service Manager or higher, while maintaining showroom standards and a strong customer relationship culture.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in automotive service sales and strong customer service.
• Proven ability to sell services and build trust.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift 70 lbs.
• Flexible availability, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest and deliver a world-class service experience.
