Big Brand Tire & Service in Concord, CA is seeking a Service Advisor to greet guests, translate mechanical details into clear recommendations, and confidently sell tires, repairs, and services. You will partner with technicians to deliver world-class service and build lasting customer relationships.

The role requires 1–3 years in automotive service sales, a strong customer service background, and excellent communication. Weekend availability is a plus in this fast-paced shop.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in automotive service sales, retail automotive, and strong customer service + transferable sales background.
• Proven ability to sell services and build trust.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Flexible availability, including weekends.

Responsibilities
