Job summary

American Tire Depot is seeking a Service Advisor to greet guests, translate mechanical details into clear recommendations, and drive tire, wheel, and service sales. You will collaborate with technicians to ensure accurate repairs and foster lasting customer relationships.

The role emphasizes strong communication, reliability, and a willingness to learn within a fast-paced, customer‑facing environment. Weekend availability is a plus, with opportunities for career growth within the service

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in automotive service sales or retail automotive.
• Strong customer service skills with a proven sales background.
• Ability to translate mechanical issues into understandable recommendations.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 1–3 years of experience in automotive service sales, retail automotive, and strong customer service + transferable sales background
• Proven ability to sell services and build trust
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• A self-starter with problem‑solving ability and team spirit
• Valid driver’s license + ability to lift 70 lbs (you’ll occasionally jump in to support shop flow)
• Hungry to learn, grow, and lead
• Flexible availability, including weekends, to serve customers when they need us most
