Job summary

American Tire Depot in La Mirada, CA is seeking a Service Advisor to greet guests, translate mechanical needs into clear recommendations, and drive sales of tires, wheels, repairs, warranties, and services.

You will act as liaison between customers and technicians, document findings, maintain showroom standards, and help the team keep operations smooth, efficient, and safe. Weekend availability is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in automotive service sales and strong customer service
• Proven ability to sell services and build trust
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• A self-starter with problem-solving ability and team spirit
• Valid driver’s license + ability to lift 70 lbs
• Flexible availability, including weekends
