Job summary

American Tire Depot is seeking a Service Advisor to greet guests, translate recommendations from technicians, and sell tires, wheels, repairs, warranties, and services. You will conduct visual inspections, document findings, and build lasting guest relationships to ensure repeat business.

The role emphasizes strong communication, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to work with a team in a fast-paced environment. Weekend availability is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in automotive service sales and customer service.
• Proven ability to sell services and build trust.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• A self-starter with problem-solving ability and team spirit.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift 70 lbs.
• Flexible availability, including weekends.
