American Tire Depot is seeking a Service Advisor to greet guests and deliver a world-class service experience at our Norwalk location. You will translate mechanical details into clear recommendations while confidently selling tires, wheels, repairs, warranties, and services.

This role emphasizes building lasting customer relationships, performing visual inspections, and supporting showroom and inventory standards in a fast-paced shop environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in automotive service sales, retail automotive, and strong customer service + transferable sales background.
• Proven ability to sell services and build trust.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

What Makes You a Great Fit
