Job summary

American Tire Depot is seeking a Service Advisor to greet guests, translate technician recommendations, and drive sales of tires, wheels, and services. The role emphasizes delivering a world-class service experience and maintaining showroom standards in a fast-paced environment.

You will act as the bridge between customers and technicians, documenting findings and ensuring smooth, efficient shop flow. Weekend availability is required to meet customer needs and support growth.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in automotive service sales or retail automotive with strong customer service background.
• Proven ability to sell services and build trust.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest and deliver a world-class service experience.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Valid driver’s license + ability to lift 70 lbs (you’ll occasionally jump in to support shop flow)
