Job summary

Robertson Tire in Muskogee, OK, is seeking a Service Advisor to greet guests and deliver a world-class service experience. You will translate mechanical details into clear recommendations and act as the liaison between customers and technicians, helping to grow loyalty through trust and excellence.

This role offers an hourly rate with commission and overtime opportunities, plus benefits and opportunities for career progression into service management as you learn and lead in a fast-paced shop.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in automotive service sales, and strong customer service
• Proven ability to sell services and build trust
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Self-starter with problem-solving ability and team spirit

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest and deliver a world-class service experience
• Liaison between customer and technician — translate mechanical into clear recommendations

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 1–3 years of experience in automotive service sales, retail automotive, and strong customer service + transferable sales background
• Proven ability to sell services and build trust
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• A self-starter with problem-solving ability and team spirit
• Valid driver’s license + ability to lift 70 lbs (you’ll occasionally jump in to support shop flow)
• Hungry to learn, grow, and lead
• Flexible availability, including weekends, to serve customers when they need us most
