Job summary

Big Brand Tire & Service in Texas is seeking a Service Advisor to join a results-focused team. You will greet guests, translate technical details into clear recommendations, and sell tires, repairs, warranties, and services.

As a liaison between customers and technicians, you will document findings, build trust, and help keep showroom standards high. Weekend availability and a drive for growth are valued.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in automotive service sales, retail automotive, and strong customer service + transferable sales background.
• Proven ability to sell services and build trust.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• A self-starter with problem-solving ability and team spirit.
• Valid driver’s license + ability to lift 70 lbs.
• Hungry to learn, grow, and lead.
• Flexible availability, including weekends, to serve customers when they need us most
