Job summary

Big Brand Tire & Service in Butte, MT is seeking a results-driven Service Advisor to greet guests, translate mechanical needs into clear recommendations, and drive service sales. You will guide customers through tires, wheels, repairs, warranties, and services while documenting findings and maintaining showroom standards.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in automotive service sales or retail automotive.
• Proven ability to sell services and build trust.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• A self-starter with problem-solving ability and team spirit.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift 70 lbs.
• Hungry to learn, grow, and lead.
• Flexible availability, including weekends.

• Act as the liaison between customer and technician and translate mechanics into clear recommendations.
• Confidently sell tires, wheels, repairs, warranties, and services.
