Job summary

Robertson Tire in Tulsa, OK seeks a Service Advisor to greet guests and deliver a world-class service experience. You will translate mechanical findings into clear recommendations and confidently sell tires, wheels, repairs, warranties and services.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in automotive service sales, retail automotive and strong customer service.
• Proven ability to sell services and build trust with customers.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Self-starter with problem-solving ability and team spirit.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift 70 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Act as the liaison between customer and technician — translate mechanical into clear recommendations.
