Your role and responsibilities

· Lead the creative direction for a range of live and recorded video projects for sales enablement and client facing materials

· Collaborate with clients, creative teams and talent to ensure production aligns with goals and vision

· Proven ability to build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment, clear communication and project success

· Manage production schedules, budgets, crews, and logistics

· Stay up to date on industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices within live and pre-recorded video production

· Create best in industry learning assets and events

Required education

Bachelor's Degree

Required technical and professional expertise

· Successfully work across multiple global events partnering with our geos (Americas, EMEA, APAC, Japan) to ensure all deliverable timelines are met

· Lead the planning, coordination and execution of video projects from concept through delivery with a strong eye for detail, while effectively balancing multiple projects

· Provide creative input on scripts, storyboards and edits

· Supervise on-set direction and post-production workflows

· Manage and build relationships with clients, vendors, and production talent

· Develop and execute business strategies to grow IBM production studio presence

· Collaborate with technical production team members to plan and execute live streaming events, ensuring technical requirements are met and quality standards are upheld

· QC live streams in real-time, troubleshoot any issues with technical production teams, and implement solutions to minimize disruptions and maintain broadcast quality

· Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget while exceeding quality expectations

· Manage workflow and schedules for programs based upon volume, deadlines, and priorities.

· Facilitate relationships between teams, moving process forward, finding resources, reworking schedules, raising concerns to appropriate owner’s early and resolving open issues that prevent progress

· Manage a team to oversee coordination for video shoots

Preferred technical and professional experience

· Position requires 5+ years relevant work experience in video production

· Strong understanding of production and post-production workflows

· Proficiency in video editing software tools such as Adobe Premiere, After Effects and production scheduling software

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment

· A proven track record of excellent project management skills

· Proficiency in live streaming software and platforms (e.g., vMix, OBS Studio, etc)
