You will handle billing inquiries, upsell services, and contribute to customer satisfaction. This role requires strong communication, problem solving, and the ability to work flexible hours in a busy call-center

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluent reading, writing, speaking and comprehension of English.
• 2+ years in call center or phone sales, or equivalent.
• Strong communication and sales skills with customers.
• Able to work variable hours including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to resolve billing inquiries and service questions.
• Use telephone-based techniques to retain customers and upsell Spectrum products.
• Maintain professionalism and courteous conduct in interactions.
• Meet and exceed activity goals via call-handling metrics.
• Process orders in the billing system for retained accounts and new sales entries.
• Explain Spectrum products and compare them to competitors.
• Support customer experience enhancements through every transaction.
