Audi Van Nuys is hiring Now Hiring- Sales Representatives to join Lithia & Driveway. The role offers a competitive pay range with uncapped commissions, a professional team environment, and opportunities to advance with one of the nation’s leading automotive groups.

As part of the sales team, you will guide customers through the purchase process, deliver compelling vehicle presentations, and maintain strong follow-up to build long-term relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of automotive sales experience required.
• Proven record of exceeding sales goals.
• We prefer someone who can work well as part of a team.
• We prefer someone who can represent the Audi brand with confidence.
• Comfortable working weekends and a flexible retail schedule.
• We prefer someone who is bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the entire vehicle purchase process, from initial greeting to vehicle delivery.
• Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service and follow-up.
• Conduct professional vehicle presentations and test drives while showcasing Audi features, technology, and benefits.
• Manage and follow up with showroom, internet, and phone leads to provide a seamless customer experience.
• Exceed sales goals while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Total Rewards

The annual California pay range for this position is $48,200.00- $158,700.00. This is a performance-driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commissions off Individual Payable Gross, and bonuses based off Individual Units Sold, Manufacturer Approvability. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
